Why does the cost of the products appear to be '0' or FREE?
For all our custom made products the price would depend on the size of the print, type/color of print, frame type etc. As you choose the different attributes of the products the price adds up.
What are the shipping options?
We use TCS for domestic deliveries in Pakistan and DHL for all our international deliveries. For deliveries in Karachi we use Zambeel logistics, Bykea and personal rider.
Is pick-up an option?
No, we don't offer pick up of your orders
Is cash on delivery an option?
No, we don't offer cod at this stage.
What is the most feasible product to buy considering international shipping cost? 
Order as many map prints in one go as possible to make the shipping cost viable. Ordering frames makes the shipping cost go high. If you would like it framed somehow, wooden scroll maps are the best option for international shipping.
How do you ship the maps without the frames?
All map prints are shipped in a roll. They are very secure and can be shipped anywhere.
How are the frames packed for shipping?
International deliveries: All frames are packed in a custom wooden box. You need to order the wooden box when you're ordering the frames
Domestic deliveries: All frames are packed in Styrofoam and bubble wrap.
Deliveries in Karachi: All frames are packed in bubble wrap and card board / paper.
When will I receive my order?
Once you have placed your order and the payment has been finalized, we will get in touch with you to advise you of delivery. Estimated time is 20-30 days depending on the customization. Hand painted gold maps may take longer than standard maps.

What do I do if I received a defective order?
If your order arrived defective, please contact us via our request form within 24 hours so that we can replace your order. Make sure to include the following:
  • An image of the damaged product as well as the damaged packaging
  • Order number
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Please contact us asap for any changes you’d like to make. If your order hasn’t been printed yet, we’ll complete these changes for you!

Where are you located?
We are located in Karachi, Pakistan. In line with our vision of supporting local economy, all of our vendors are local small businesses and artisans.
What paper are the maps printed on?
Canson paper is used for all maps. It has a textured finish. For scrolls non-tear paper is also available.
What is the look and feel of non-tear paper?
It is smooth to touch and has a matt finish with a bright white color.
How do I track my order?
Once we have printed and handed your order over to the shipping company we will send you the tracking number along with the shipping partner.
Can I return/exchange my order?

Please note that right now we don’t offer returns on frames as we cannot cover the labels and the costs for shipping the items back.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for your prints. If for any reason you aren’t happy with your print please submit a request and we will help fix the issue the best we can.
